FlyEase Travel Services provides travel-related services, which may include:

• Domestic and international flight reservations
• Hotel and accommodation bookings
• Domestic and international tour packages
• Customized itineraries
• Airport transfers and transportation arrangements
• Visa assistance
• Travel insurance assistance
• Ferry and cruise bookings
• Other travel-related services

The availability, price, inclusions, and conditions of each service may vary depending on the airline, hotel, tour operator, insurance provider, or other travel supplier.

All quotations provided by FlyEase Travel Services are subject to availability and price changes until the required payment has been received and the booking has been confirmed.

A quotation does not guarantee the availability of a flight, hotel room, tour, or other travel service.

Prices may change due to:

• Airline fare changes
• Hotel rate changes
• Currency fluctuations
• Taxes and government fees
• Supplier price adjustments
• Availability changes

The final price is the price confirmed at the time of booking.

A booking is considered confirmed only after:

An inquiry or quotation alone does not constitute a confirmed reservation.

Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate information, including:

• Full name
• Date of birth
• Passport details
• Contact information
• Travel dates
• Other information required for the booking

Passenger names must match the passenger's valid passport or government-issued identification document.

FlyEase Travel Services shall not be responsible for additional costs, denied boarding, booking issues, or other consequences resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or late information provided by the client.

Payment schedules and deadlines will be communicated to the client before or during the booking process.

A reservation fee, deposit, partial payment, or full payment may be required depending on the booking and supplier terms.

Failure to make payment by the stated deadline may result in:

• Cancellation of the reservation
• Loss of availability
• Fare or rate changes
• Additional charges

Any applicable bank, payment gateway, transaction, or processing fees may be charged to the client where applicable.

Promotional packages are subject to availability and may have limited slots or selected travel dates only.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional rates may be subject to specific terms, including:

• Limited availability
• Selected travel dates
• Non-refundable conditions
• Non-transferability
• Airline and supplier restrictions
• Blackout dates
• Additional charges for changes or upgrades

All inclusions and exclusions will be stated in the applicable quotation or booking confirmation.

Airline tickets are subject to the fare rules and policies of the respective airline.

Depending on the fare type, tickets may be:

• Non-refundable
• Non-transferable
• Non-rebookable
• Subject to change, cancellation, or rebooking penalties

Any airline schedule changes, flight cancellations, delays, baggage policies, check-in requirements, and other airline-related matters are governed by the respective airline's policies.

FlyEase Travel Services will assist clients with available options where possible but does not control airline decisions or operations.

Hotel and accommodation bookings are subject to the policies of the respective property or accommodation provider.

Room types, facilities, amenities, check-in times, check-out times, deposits, and other hotel conditions may vary.

Special requests such as specific room locations, bed types, early check-in, late check-out, or room upgrades are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed unless confirmed by the accommodation provider.

Tour packages, transfers, activities, and transportation services are subject to the terms and operational policies of the respective suppliers.

Schedules may be adjusted due to:

• Weather conditions
• Traffic
• Operational requirements
• Safety concerns
• Government regulations
• Other circumstances beyond the control of FlyEase Travel Services

FlyEase Travel Services may provide visa assistance, document guidance, and application support.

However, FlyEase Travel Services does not guarantee visa approval.

The final decision regarding the approval or denial of a visa application is made solely by the relevant embassy, consulate, immigration authority, or government agency.

Visa fees, embassy fees, service fees, courier fees, and other applicable charges may be non-refundable once paid or once processing has started.

Travel insurance is subject to the terms, conditions, exclusions, and claims procedures of the respective insurance provider.

FlyEase Travel Services is not the insurer and does not determine whether a claim will be approved.

Clients are responsible for reviewing their insurance policy and understanding its coverage and exclusions.

Cancellation and refund requests are subject to the policies of the respective airlines, hotels, tour operators, transportation providers, insurance companies, and other travel suppliers.

FlyEase Travel Services may charge applicable service, administrative, or processing fees.

Please refer to our separate Refund Policy for more information.

Requests to change travel dates, passenger details, flights, hotels, tours, or other booking information are subject to availability and supplier policies.

Additional charges may apply, including:

• Supplier amendment fees
• Fare differences
• Rate differences
• Administrative fees
• Other applicable charges

Some bookings may not be changeable.

FlyEase Travel Services shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, disruptions, losses, or additional expenses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• Severe weather
• Pandemics or epidemics
• Government restrictions
• War or civil unrest
• Strikes
• Airport closures
• Airline operational disruptions
• Border closures
• Other force majeure events

In such circumstances, any available refund, rebooking, or alternative arrangement shall be subject to the policies of the relevant travel suppliers.

Clients are responsible for:

• Ensuring that their passport is valid
• Obtaining the necessary visas and travel documents
• Meeting immigration and entry requirements
• Providing accurate booking information
• Arriving at airports, hotels, and meeting points on time
• Following airline, hotel, tour operator, and government rules
• Checking travel advisories and entry requirements
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations

FlyEase Travel Services is not responsible for problems resulting from a client's failure to meet these requirements.

Travel documents, vouchers, confirmations, and other booking-related documents may be sent electronically through email or other agreed communication channels.

Clients are responsible for reviewing all documents and immediately notifying FlyEase Travel Services of any errors or discrepancies.

FlyEase Travel Services acts as a travel intermediary and booking facilitator between clients and third-party travel suppliers.

We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, negligence, delays, cancellations, service failures, or decisions of third-party suppliers.

Our assistance is limited to the services we have agreed to provide and the support reasonably available under the circumstances.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the information on our website is accurate and updated.

However, prices, availability, travel schedules, promotions, destinations, and other information may change without prior notice.

We reserve the right to correct errors and update website content when necessary.

Personal information provided to FlyEase Travel Services will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By using our services, you acknowledge that your information may be processed and shared with relevant travel suppliers when necessary to complete your requested booking or service.

Unless otherwise stated, the content of this website, including logos, branding, text, graphics, images, and other materials, belongs to or is used by FlyEase Travel Services with appropriate permission.

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

FlyEase Travel Services reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any disputes shall, where applicable, be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts and authorities in the Philippines.
